"Pacta legem contractui dant..."

The Hague in the Netherlands

"Ius gentium est quod naturalis ratio inter omnes homines constituit" which means that International Law, is what we do of it, what we consider as "fair" in a certain "historical moment"  , thereto "due diligence" in service of process to avoid "defenseless" is of the essence of International Service of Process.

Bypass the bureaucracy  or "Red Tape" of the designated Hague's Central Authorities as intermediaries means "Justice can only exist if applied on time". We serve within 72 hrs since services are not distributed to servers according to obscure criteria, neither submitted to approval or legality exam, we serve what you send! and No option given to defendant to refuse service because of language! No unnecessary delays!

Please note that service outside the Hague Convention can be completed without any risk of "dismissal" if it is not expressly prohibited within the Jurisdiction of service "Lex Celebrationis" (Opposition to any of the sections of Article 10); but at the "end of the day" all depends of what your court will consider as an acceptable international service of process.  Have the addressee been properly informed?
By the same token, an addressee can always sign a "Waiver" or "Acceptance" to submit to your Civil or Commercial Jurisdiction at service even if the "Lex Celebrationis" does not accepts or opposes, this is important during "Execuator".

Our service techniques to guarantee  delivery of service are: "due diligence"

1. In general we complete a minimum of two legal services to addressee. On a first approach, we send a "blind" DHL, UPS, FEDEX... service by mail as per article 10 (a) of the 1965's Hague Convention. This will confirm address and will "aware addressee".

The difficult addressee will not suspect of a remote address or a sender from a country that is not related with any case he is aware off (this is perfectly legal under any European legal system).

Once we have completed this first service, then we call or send out a server if the addressee have not answer our offer of free legal advice in their language and set an appointment or serve with surprise.

2. If an addressee is not at the premises, we will complete a substitute service to any adult within  the premises, to the concierge or to a neighbor, this is also perfectly legal in Europe where the "substitute" is oblige by law to inform addressee of the existence of "legal documents" under penalty of obstruction of Justice.

3. We do not ask for a translation, there is no need, opposite the requirements of the Central Authorities, with us he will not be able to find legal "ardits" because we will inform addressee not only where to obtain legal aid in the country where the Judgment takes place but also offer free legal advise and referral in his own language even mediation by  a neutral. Note that this  Advise is only on how to proceed to respond to service we even propose a free response to service option.

There are presumptions of a person or corporation of  knowing the English language (Corporations doing International Business, individuals with Nationality or Green card of an English speaking country....) and in some countries, the law accepts serving documents in the original language. In any case, what is important is the that addressee "Acknowledges service and the consequences of not responding” it does not matters the language spoken in the Jurisdiction he is found but his "Personal Law".
